Post-Close M&A

· Managed the post-close integration of data, infrastructure and application integration solutions required in the AXA Insurance acquisition of HSBC Insurance business in Asia (US$400M)

· Successfully completed multiple Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integration programs across the globe.

Strategy, Innovation and Technical Advice

· Designed and developed the B2B and B2C go-to-market strategy for ERP and ECM solutions.

· Designed, developed, and managed a customer-driven Product Management group to enhance SDLC in compliance with NIST, FFIEC and PCI-DSS standards.

· Within 45 days, turned around a failing Asia region multi-market data analytics program worth US$300M.

· Achieved cost savings of US$2.75M resulting from 6-week process evaluation assessment

· Designed, developed, and implemented market penetration strategies across foreign markets.

· Designed, developed, and managed all aspects of the e-Enabled Aircraft program (US$500M) strategy for providing real-time integration between in-flight aircraft and Cathay Pacific back-end systems.

Digital Transformation

· Managed the design, development, and implementation of all the infrastructure and ETL solutions AXA/HSBC Integration Program(US$400M).

· Achieved 96% improvements in RTO and RPO in successful completion of Disaster Recovery tests for Financial Services SAAS provider

· Managed the sales, support, design, and delivery teams for SAP Archiving solutions across Asia

· Managed the sales, support, design, and delivery teams for Financial Services digital data archiving solutions across Asia.

· Primary Business Stakeholder in the design and development of the mediaocean platform for facilitating all aspects of the advertising business and financial operations, as originally developed by Datatech. 

· Managed the transition from on-prem hosted environment to cloud based, third party managed platform.

Business Growth / Market Expansion

· Turned around US$20M technology business (ERP) in Australia.

· Turned around US$8M technology business in Asia (ECM) in Asia.

· 100% growth in customer base in new markets, while maintaining 75-80% utilization rates.
